The service representative for my appointment was argumentative and did not follow my request nor her supervisors when it came to my service communication protocol requested. Had to deal with manage argumentative and did not follow my request nor her supervisors when it came to my service communication protocol requested. Had to deal with management and service technician directly because of her constant disregard of my request and her attitude. I've been coming to Nissan Torrance since 2018, but due to the lack of qualified service representatives they are no longer my service provider of choice and nor do I recommend them anymore. I do have hope for improvement because of the current Service Manager David Campos and Operations Manager Jonathan Ong. More
