We couldn't be happier with their help. David Burnside was also especially helpful in figuring out the nuances of the new Grand Highlander (he even went the extra step of figuring out if we had a spare tire in the new GH -- we did find one fortunately). My salesperson, David Burnside, was top notch due to: his knowledge of Toyota products, no pressure sales approach, excellent, honest communication throughout the purchasing process, kept me informed about the shipment and arrival of my new Toyota Tacoma & he demonstrated the features of the new Tacoma on the day of delivery of the vehicle. I could not have expected a more pleasant buying experience than my experience with Frankfort Toyota in Nov/Dec. 2023. I chose a Tacoma from a list of vehicles “in transit” to the dealership and simply waited for its arrival. I would 100% recommend David Burnside and the Frankfort Toyota dealership to family and friends for their transportation needs More

I had a very good experience with Frankfort Toyota. I had originally spoken with Sarah who would contact me occasionally to see if I was still interested. I went in to see the car I was interested in a I had originally spoken with Sarah who would contact me occasionally to see if I was still interested. I went in to see the car I was interested in and met with David and took a test drive. I came back the next day to look at the car again and met with Chris as I had not made an appointment and David was not in the office at the time. I later met with David again and he was very gracious. The Toyota team were all very nice and respectful. More
