I was very please with how they handled everything. I I was very please with how they handled everything. I did have some issues. And was not a happy camper at the time. But, when I explained ! They we I was very please with how they handled everything. I did have some issues. And was not a happy camper at the time. But, when I explained ! They went above and beyond to fix the issues. So, Any Dealership that does this... Gets my High Mark....Shows they care and not just make a sale. Plus Mike who delivered the car was another exceptional employee. After getting a great recommendation from my father, who recently purchased a new Subaru from David Bentley, I contacted him to discuss my end of lease options. He was very helpful in finding the right fit recently purchased a new Subaru from David Bentley, I contacted him to discuss my end of lease options. He was very helpful in finding the right fit for my current situation, and I ended up leasing another vehicle, upgrading from an Impreza to a Crosstrek. He was professional, personable, and knowledgable. His enthusiasm even even spurred me on to get a color I normally wouldn't have selected. I love it! My positive experience continued when I moved over to the finace department. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my car shopping friends! More
