Joe was super helpful and a super nice guy. You can tell that he really cares about the customer and their experience. The old bait and switch! Came up to buy a 2021 Silverado 2500HD from Michael Sinacola. Spoke with him the day before. Said I would be up. On my way I get a text he had a family emergency? So ask for Adilene 2500HD from Michael Sinacola. Spoke with him the day before. Said I would be up. On my way I get a text he had a family emergency? So ask for Adilene. I get there and neither are there. Then they tell me the truck is sold! BUT we have 3 others. I didn't want any of those. After telling the sales mangers what I thought of the dealership they just chuckled and could have cared less. Come to find out the truck was never sold they just didn't want to sell it for the listed price. They jacked the price back up about $6000! The whole thing was one big scam! I have contacted Chevrolet about the matter. More

I prayed about it, and went on line to complete the pre-approval application. Now, my credit is not the best and I dis not have a large down payment BUT Fernando worked with me and I walked out with a 2019 Chevy Cruze, with ONLY 21 miles. GOD IS GOOD! I would like to thank Fernando and the entire staff for working with me and getting me into a brand new vehicle. They were professional, patient and kind. More
