Wonderful customer service Awesome experience. Everyone was nice. My salesperson, Bob Smith, made sure my vanity plates stayed with me. They were my grandmother's. he was war Awesome experience. They were my grandmother's. he was warm and caring He rented a car for me when the RMV took a long time transferring the plates Dave Proctor made several trips to the Quincy RMV to desk with the plates. And it was Christmas Eve The next morning I checked my credit card and Enterprise had charged the car to me. I emailed Dave and he had it corrected before I could look at my computer again. Awesome McGee should be very proud to have Bob and Dave work for them More

I test drove a Prius at the end of August. Gave a $2500 check to hold the car over Labor day weekend. I changed my mind about the car. I was assured from the salesman and everyone that there was no problem check to hold the car over Labor day weekend. I changed my mind about the car. I was assured from the salesman and everyone that there was no problem getting my money back. Here it is September 19th. And although the check cleared and went into their account on September 4th. I still have not been able to recover my deposit. The business Manager and General manager will not respond to me. The internet salesperson Josh Hetzel, my first contact, has been attempting to get my money refunded. His own people have been lying to him, saying the refund was mailed out. If you are driving over to their dealership, just keep on driving, do not stop. If you call for help, the person you are calling for will be out that day, Trust me. More

McGee was straight up with their cars.com pricing and were lower by a few hundred than any other dealer within 50 miles including those who provided pricing via TrueCar/USAA's buying service. (my price were lower by a few hundred than any other dealer within 50 miles including those who provided pricing via TrueCar/USAA's buying service. (my price was rated an "outstanding deal" by truecar.com) I completed 90% of the transaction over the phone and internet with Billy Baker and had NO issues when I went to pick the car up. It was a simple transaction without any hard upsells, they were honest and friendly. I would easily send friends down there, it's a bit out of the way unless you are on the south shore, but worth it if you want a no hassle great price. More

My wife and I were looking for a white certified pre-owned Highlander and McGee Toyota had one in their inventory. Rob Bergo was our salesman and from the moment we introduced ourselves he went out pre-owned Highlander and McGee Toyota had one in their inventory. Rob Bergo was our salesman and from the moment we introduced ourselves he went out of his way to help us. We had our two year old son with us, and Rob let my wife and I go on two separate test drives so one of us could stay behind without movimg our car seat. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the various features of the Highlander and was cleary very knowledgeable. It was a Sunday, but Rob opened up the service waiting room to give our son room to run around amd play some games that they had, he even made us popcorn! We did our negotiations in the waiting room away from his desk which was so helpful. We came to terms and reached agreement on the vehicle. I also had a positive experience with Dave Proctor in financing who helped my wife and I with our payment plan, etc. Dave demonstrated competence amid experience in his practice, in addition to being very friendly. By the end of the afternoon we were driving home in our new car. But not before Rob helped us move our possessions out of our old car and into the Highlander. Just a great car buying experience overall and would recommend McGee to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
