2011 Odyssey Piston/Ring Issue Our vehicle had to have a complete piston ring repair. Nice amenities for customers who wait for their service. Routine service made easy. Questions answered without making us seem stupid. Even took time later to "FIX" something that we botched ourselves. We will try and use made easy. Easy Peasy I initially went to Jenkins to have my brakes fixed on my 2018 Honda Accord, that I had purchased last year, knowing it had been in an accident previo I initially went to Jenkins to have my brakes fixed on my 2018 Honda Accord, that I had purchased last year, knowing it had been in an accident previously. They did that over night, but found problems, other than the rotor. I decided to seek information about buying a different car. Bill Gleason helped me and did a great job of building a relationship, asking questions, and explaining my options. I left with a new 2019 Honda Accord and am a happy camper. I'm glad I chose to go to Jenkins Honda of Leesburg. More

Exceptional service I have used this dealer several times for service on my Honda and have been very, very pleased. I have worked with David and Nate on a couple of occ I have used this dealer several times for service on my Honda and have been very, very pleased. I have worked with David and Nate on a couple of occasions and have found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and my best interest at heart. Very busy but communicated greatly I was hesitant when I walked in because there were so many people having their vehicle serviced but I was quickly at ease . Dave took great care of I was hesitant when I walked in because there were so many people having their vehicle serviced but I was quickly at ease . Dave took great care of me and communicated every move so I was always informed . Love the space that they have for people to wait in . I brought my work with me and sat in one of the cubbies and was able to be productive while I waited . More

New battery My car didn’t start so I called the service dept. They sent AAA within 15 minutes, AAA jump started the car so I drove straight to Jenkins service dep My car didn’t start so I called the service dept. The best news was the battery was covered under warranty so my cost was zero! Thank you! More
