I purchased a 2022 ford escape Phev from Purvis ford in Fredericksburg last week and the experience could not have been better.Everyone ,including the receptionist, my salesman Purcell Draper {who spent 4 Fredericksburg last week and the experience could not have been better.Everyone ,including the receptionist, my salesman Purcell Draper {who spent 4 yours with me on his day off}, Larry McGill in finance and the Manager John were so professional. Buying a new car in person has not always been a pleasant experience for me.This could not have been more pleasant.NO DRAMA The dealership is quite a ways from my home and thus not so convenient but so far it was worth the drive. More

My initial interaction with the dealership was not great. Do NOT go to Delfin! He's extremely rude, arrogant, and painful to work with. HOWEVER, John and Ken are wonderful and they made up for Delfin's Do NOT go to Delfin! He's extremely rude, arrogant, and painful to work with. HOWEVER, John and Ken are wonderful and they made up for Delfin's ignorance with their extreme kindness. I felt a sense of loyalty that you rarely find with sales/finance personnel. I would highly recommend them if you plan on buying a car in this market. Purvis is still charging over MSRP on most of their vehicles, and not allowing family Ford A-Z plans on pretty much anything right now, but my family was in a pinch and John (and Ken) got me on the road in a new EV in about 2 days, just in time for our move to NC, so I am grateful for that. More

Was my very first time bringing in my newly bought Ranger for its very 1st oil change. Staff was helpful, courteous and professional. Only problem I had was that it took way too long and with no communicatio for its very 1st oil change. Staff was helpful, courteous and professional. Only problem I had was that it took way too long and with no communication to me while I waited, watching people who came at the same time, already done an hour or more before I was. I didn't understand that and I had to go and find the service dept and ask why I had been there for over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change with no communication. That didn't sit with me very well. I'm a first time customer, who bought a truck from you and 1st time visitor to your service department who should've been showed the "ropes" and explained a little bit more to a newbie who didn't know even where to go and sit/wait for that matter. I do like the people and the dealership overall BUT with the Service Dept., that should be handled a bit better in their processes. Explanation of the Questions below: How well did the dealership sanitize the vehicle? I marked poor because I didn't see any done. How were contactless transactions at this dealership? I marked poor because from shaking staffs hands to exchanging paperwork, there was nothing contactless about anything which was fine by me. How was your service pickup and delivery with this dealership? I marked poor because of my explanation above about waiting so long without any updates or reasons why. More

Unfortunately, I wish I could give a negative star! Driving to work one morning, when my 2019 ford explorer began to act like the emergency break was on (it wasn't) & it wouldn't gain speed. I had seve Driving to work one morning, when my 2019 ford explorer began to act like the emergency break was on (it wasn't) & it wouldn't gain speed. I had several alerts come up that I was unable to read without my reading glasses, I decided to stop at Purvis, the location where I have purchased ALL of my ford's (Fredericksburg, VA) to see if they could check it out. I was told very rudely by Dan, to go to another dealership; they are booked up until Oct and I shouldn't expect him to bump another customer for me. First of all, I never asked him to push me to the head of the line; I was going to drop it off for however long they needed & I had a coworker willing to pick me up & take me home. Secondly he was not willing to look at the alerts popping up, he was taking my word (mind you, I know nothing about cars) because I had said, "it felt like the transmission". Thirdly, due to his lack of customer service, I drove away in a car that was not fit to be driven at that time. And lastly, my husband & I have given Purvis a lot of business over the last 15 years however, after that disturbing experience with Dan, we will never purchase another vehicle from there. More

Fantastic Service and very friendly staff! I took my car in for its 15000 miles maintenance! I was met as soon as I arrived, they had all the information already in their system! So they simply I took my car in for its 15000 miles maintenance! I was met as soon as I arrived, they had all the information already in their system! So they simply directed me to their customer lounge. They performed all the required maintenance while I drank their coffee and read my e-mails, In a very short time they came out and said I was ready go! Very enjoyable experience! More
