They sincerely counseled me all day, and there was not a moment I felt like I was being scammed or pressured to buy a car that I would not like or be able to afford. They listened inventively and answered my questions thoroughly. They took everything I had to say into consideration, and I left with a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze that I could not be more happy with. This dealership treats you like family, and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Mark and Dave. I will, without hesitation, turn to these guys for all of my car needs. More

They make the buying process incredibly easy and they are always very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Aside from their sales department, their service department is also great. Another great experience at Harbro! We were unexpectedly put into situation of needing a car so needed one fast. I went to Harbro after several people we spoke to highly recommended them for buying a used car. I met Dave first and we chatted about two trade ins we had and what I was looking for in a "new to me" car. recommended them for buying a used car. I came in a couple days to drive several cars. I told Dave I was coming in one day and it was his day off so he put me in contact with Mike. He was also super nice and gave me several options for my family. I drove several cars that day and also the next day when I brought my husband back to see a few. I decided on the GMC Acadia! Perfect for me! The best part about our experience at Harbro was that it was easy and no stress shopping! Both Dave and Mike are so patient and really wanted me to have a good experience choosing a car. I have lived in the area most of my life and have known about Harbro for years, but now I really know about the experience Harbro offers their customers.
