I had the recent pleasure of working with John Velazco in purchasing my new Dodge Ram 1500 truck...an upgrade from my Dodge Charger. From start to finish, John was very professional, courteous, and focused on my individual needs once I walked into the facility. He took the time and was empathetic with understanding my current issues with my last vehicle (and bad relationships with past auto dealers). John (in listening to my requirements) matched the right vehicle to conform with my current work/leisure lifestyle--including potential vehicle use relating to family planning. John's extensive expertise in customer relationships essentially aided my decision in the positive vehicle choice. On finances: He took the time to understand my finances to cater with my purchase. John's advice was very welcoming thru the process...seeing how the facility procedures were the best I've seen in all the 7 auto facilities I have done business with, overseas as well as stateside locations. I am very happy and comfortable with my purchase! As a 20-plus year veteran, performing process engineering in organizations, I was pleased with their overall processes (especially during this time with pandemic issues) in their practices. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I appreciated not being overtaken by a herd of salesmen when I walked up. My salesman, Matt, was excellent. I had an offer for my trade from CarMax and there was no issue honoring it, even after the original quote from SA Dodge was less.
