It's the Customers Fault We have purchased and leased 3 cars from Lee Partyka. The last being a 2018 Mazda CX5 lease. The problems started when the Dealer and Chase Fina We have purchased and leased 3 cars from Lee Partyka. The last being a 2018 Mazda CX5 lease. The problems started when the Dealer and Chase Financial exchange information related to a previous lease that resulted in a payoff of the wrong vehicle. Instead of working it out between themselves Dave Coppola and Joe Gallagi decided to make it our fault. They went so far as to send emails suggesting that we pay a substantial amount of money to make it right. Saying that it wasn't the dealers fault. After several email exchanges with Dave and a call with Joe the dealer said it was an issue with Chase and paid whatever needed to be paid to close out the vehicle return. Here's the result - we are now receiving calls from Chase saying our payment is delinquent and our credit has been impacted. We had a lengthy call with Chase several weeks ago and they committed to working with the dealer to resolve the issues and would call prior the 10/21 to let us know the status of the account. We never heard from them because they called the dealer and not us. We attempted to make a payment and for the 3rd time it was rejected. Then for the first time in our lives we received a collection call from Chase. The person on the phone had not take the time to read the notes in the file and wanted me to make a payment over the phone. It took me several minutes to get Chase to acknowledge the challenges and stop asking for payment. This has been very frustrating and embarrassing for us. I hope that something will come of this communication. More
