Customer service in the service department was better than last 3 visits! I hope they keep it up. Consistency is everything. Pay for a service that I never get I make a appointment for a oil change, and tire rotations. They did my oil change but never did my tire rotation. Also when I get home and check my fluids, they don’t add nothing to my fluid. More

Poor trained techs and employees. I have many bad experiences with this dealer. the most recent. 1- Had my transmission replaced, they did a really bad job, hat to take it back becau I have many bad experiences with this dealer. the most recent. 1- Had my transmission replaced, they did a really bad job, hat to take it back because was leaking oil, they fixed, few days after that i did oil change, I found they only put one bolt to the cv axle!!! that will cause an accident, so i took a look closer to everything around the transmission they missed several bolts, all around the place, even a hose were disconnected, (not sure what hose was that) but it seemed like steering fluid. But I just let that slide... 2- Few months after that took my car for a check engine light on diagnosis, they told me i had a bad Air/Fuel ratio sensor (b1s1), price to replace it was $550. So I let them do the job, once I got home I checked and they replaced the wrong sensor!!! they replaced B2S1, so I had to take it back but they were "sure" they replaced the right one, but I have the factory service manual and I show them. So they ended agreeing with me. And replaced the sensor. Everything for nothing because I still had the problem. I took it for 3RDTIME, I had to pay the diagnosis fee again, and they told me I had to replace a bunch of stuff! Quote was over $5000, they said I needed spark plugs, catalyst converters, pack coils, valve covers and gaskets, and a lot more. I wasn't gonna pay that amount of money. Plus I was able to tell they weren't sure what was the problem. So I bought an OBD2 sensor and I did the job by my self. Scanned my car and the code was for the A/F ratio sensor DOWNSTREAM (B1S2). I replaced the sensor and the problem was fixed! 3- Right now I'm trying to buy some gaskets, I order them online and tried to pick them up there, once I got there they dint had my order ready, and the guy there said the part number that I was requesting didn't exist!!! How in the world I did the order then?! I did the order on the Nissan eStore webpage and that was the part number they had. He came with another part number but everywhere I check it says thats not the right part for my car. I EVEN CALLED OTHER DEALERS!!! AND THEY GAVE ME THE PART NUMBER THAT I HAD. I gave them the part that the guy gave me and they confirmed that it will not fit my car. I definitely would not recommend this dealer, They are rude and arrogant, I was able to order the parts from HILLS NISSAN. and they were even cheaper! To me it seems like they hire any unemployed person they find at the streets that dont know anything about it! More

Quick and Efficient You can tell all of these guys love what they do and believe in the Nissan brand. They aren't perfect and have messed up a time or two. Excellent Friendly and fast service. I was told it would probably be 2 hours because of lunch. Service was completed quite a bit sooner than expected. Job well Friendly and fast service.
