Everyone at the dealership was really nice. I got an oil change which didnt take long at all. I have no issues with anything but the fact that they have no baby changing take in the bathroom. Oil change by professionals Gilchrist is where we bought our GMC Terrain, we love it. Your service department, not so much. Positives...clean, on time, pleasant employees. The negative, when the oil was checked the next morning it took one and three quarters quarts to bring it to the proper level. Not acceptable service. What if we hadn't checked it? I called to speak to the service manager and I was passed along to a answering machine. This morning I received a phone call returning my call...it was from a Honda dealership. I left the message at Gilchrist. I will be telling my friends about this experience and cautioning them to BEWARE Gilchrist. More
