The sales team at Marino took the time to listen to what I wanted and they found it! That’s customer service if you ask me. It’s about time someone does their job. They had my car at the dealership the next day. No games were played and numbers didn’t change. Thank you for another amazing experience. Car buying is suppose to be the most stressful purchase and they made it a blessing. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable! Amazing movie theater chairs which are spaced out so you have privacy when making desecions. The service center is awesome and friendly. The finance manager was excellent and very knowledgeable. He educated me on how strong Ram is and the warranties. For once a finance guy who isn’t pushing extended warranties on you and making you feel like you bought a junk. I can’t wait to purchase another vehicle from this family owned businesss. The owner was also right in the mix of everyone. What humble guy. Thank you all for this easy going experience. More

We were immediately greeted by Sales Superman Dave who from the start was all smiles & very welcoming. He showed us the car we were interested in and was very knowledgeable on it. He didn’t rush us & when we said we were interested he was ready to help. Worked out the deal quickly and fairly, and drove away a few hours later in my new Citadel! I knoe buying a car can be stressful, but go to Marino’s & ask for my man Dave!! More

The smoothest & best car experience from beginning to end! I would give this dealership 10 stars if possible! From the second I stepped onto their lot to the second I drove away with my brand new Jeep the ent I would give this dealership 10 stars if possible! From the second I stepped onto their lot to the second I drove away with my brand new Jeep the entire experience overall was nothing short of amazing. I have been buying and leasing cars for 20 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! Between Dave, Tim & Pete I was able to drive off the lot in the exact vehicle that I have been searching for for a while. This is the second time I have gone through this dealership to purchase or lease a vehicle but it’s definitely not the last! I will be a returning customer for years to come. Not only did they allow me to pester them for everything I wanted but they took me on multiple test drives and really helped me make my decision to fit the best needs of my family and my budget. As most of us, I did have a budget & they made it work! I didn’t feel pressured or like they were just selling me on anything to get the sale & that is rare when dealing with new cars sales! Of course I went to other dealerships in the city & suburbs but ultimately Tim, Dave & Pete hands down took care of all my needs betted than anyone around I was almost surprised at how much other dealerships didn’t care about their customers as much as these men. The service department did an amazing job on getting my jeep sparkly clean for me to drive away in. Overall it was undoubtably the best experience I’ve had & now Marino has a lifetime loyal customer who will definitely recommend anyone to pay them a visit! More

I was able to get a 2018 Jeep Cherokee for the most unbelievable price! I would highly recommend going to this dealership and working with these 2. You will NOT regret it. The whole experience was painless, they were so patient with my million questions and they never lost their sense of humor with me. The transaction was very smooth and professional. I could definitely see the passion that these guys put into all of their work. I'm so happy I went with them! I looove my new Cherokee! Thanks again guys! More

I had to come back for a small service to my vehicle and Dave and Pete took care of me. They treated me like a friend rather than a customer.
