They have hit a home run again! Well, we are the proud owners of Kia #5 and Soul #2. John Keegan is our go to guy as far as sales, but the support staff that helped bring the sale to Well, we are the proud owners of Kia #5 and Soul #2. John Keegan is our go to guy as far as sales, but the support staff that helped bring the sale to be was out standing, Mike Reyes worked extremely hard to find us the best financing, Yvonne Stoltenberg made sure the paperwork was ready. I had surgery 2 weeks ago and while all of this hard work was going on, they noticed I was getting extremely tired, even though we were at the signing stage they suggested we go home and return in the morning when I felt better. The next day the paperwork was finished and we moved to the best service department anywhere. We are amateur radio operators and the removed our equipment from our old car for us, ran the power wires through the firewall of the new car. The put on the new rain shields and bug deflector, made sure the car as ready to our standards for us. This dealership goes way beyond just customer service, they really do open relationships with the people, THIS IS WHAT BRINGS PEOPLE BACK, the deals are great but the follow up is what seals the deals. We checked off names below but it is everyone one here at Citrus Kia from the owners to the people that keep the show room looking nice to the housekeeping staff that makes sure the waiting area is nice. I've purchased two Sedonas and not been hasseled, haggled, or pushed in any way to make a purchase. Just tell them what you're looking for they have it in stock. The service department has done all of my oil changes and upkeep and we're on first name bases. I would highly recomment Citrus Kia for future car buyers. More

Four-peat buyers I owned a KIA Sedona from 2007-09, my mom has owned 2 KIA Optimas. We traded in my car & hers for our' new 2015 KIA Sedona! We love how tight the car I owned a KIA Sedona from 2007-09, my mom has owned 2 KIA Optimas. We traded in my car & hers for our' new 2015 KIA Sedona! We love how tight the car drives, the large roomy interior (enough for neighbors, luggage, dogs, etc.) all the wonderful automated features like the self-closing side doors, LOVE the convenient storage places. But the main reason this deal was done was the wonderful experiences we had not only with Paul Taracatac on this sale, but also our positive experiences with our past Citrus KIA purchases and excellent service after every one of the cars were out the door. Actually it is everyone we have ever worked with. John Keegan is the main man, we have bought 4 KIAS from Citrus Kia and John has sold us 3. He is easy to work with and ALWAYS does his utmost to give us what we want. Never pushy, all you need to do is ask. He will do what ever possible to meet your requests. Once you buy your car the next important group is service, after the quality cars the service is what brings us back. They are courteous, fast and do the work properly. We have never had a complaint about them. We had a gasket around our bug deflector come lose. While in for some updates they replaced bug deflector to make sure it was done right. This brings us to management, the quality of the care you get is directly attributed to the quality of management. If management is bad the people are not happy and that effects how they appear to the public. This is a 5 star establishment and you see it the minute you walk through the. We had a person hit our car and when we brought it in for repairs they treated us like royalty from beginning to end.
