I was born in Lebanon and raised in Brownsburg. I like spending time with family and friends. I enjoy reading, football (Go Colts!), and auto racing. My grandson currently attends University of Southern Indiana. What I love about the area is the friendly people. I’ve been in the car business my whole life. I find the most appealing part of the job is that it’s a people business. Champion is nice to work at because it’s family owned and operated, where management puts the customer first.

Before purchasing my vehicle, I visited several car dealerships. Most were overpriced and at many I felt pressure to make decisions or to settle for a car I was not completely satisfied with. In contr dealerships. Most were overpriced and at many I felt pressure to make decisions or to settle for a car I was not completely satisfied with. In contrast, I have never had a more positive experience than I did with Dugan Chevrolet. The person who made my shopping experience so positive was Dave Blanck who was so personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Not only did he have substantial knowledge about the vehicle, but he also continuously made sure that I was confident with my decision – I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was incredibly fair from the start – little to no haggling was necessary. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and the staff member I worked with. It was positive experience and I will definitely visit this dealership again. More

IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH HIM, BECAUSE HE IS SO WELL INFORM JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED ANOTHER CHEVROLET MALIBU WITH SALESPERSON DAVE BLANCK. IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH HIM, BECAUSE HE IS SO WELL INFORMED ON EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR VEHICLES. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE IS, AFTER YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT IS THE SERVICE DEPT. Trade-In: Very Fair Price considering the year and mileage of my trade. Price: I was purchasing under the GM Family First discount. Combining this discount with cash incentives made for a very good mileage of my trade. Price: I was purchasing under the GM Family First discount. Combining this discount with cash incentives made for a very good price, but the dealership did not have any say in that. I sense that they would be good to work with on price. Customer Service: Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles, but not pushy. Dave used to work in the Service Dept of another GM dealership and was able to explain and discuss the technical specs of the vehicle. He was patient through several phone calls working out timing, accesories, and color decisions. My only complaint was that they were unable to give me an estimate on when the accesories would be in and installed, causing the delivery of the vehicle to be up in the air a little. Financing: Dave and the Financial Manager at Dugan laid out my options very well and were able to help in my decision concerning financing. Quality of Work: I had Dugan install splash guards, bug shield, and oval step bars. They did a fine job. I did notice that my pin stripe is coming off a little on one door due to the cold weather (close to zero one day after it was put on). More
