My husband & I recently had an amazing experience at Paul Masse Buick GMC in South Kingston Rhode Island. We’ve been looking for a 2024 Sierra & had difficulty finding one. We got a lead on a 2024 Sierra i Masse Buick GMC in South Kingston Rhode Island. We’ve been looking for a 2024 Sierra & had difficulty finding one. We got a lead on a 2024 Sierra in route to Paul Masse Buick GMC & contacted the dealership. We partnered w/ Dave Begin. Dave was extremely helpful & informative about the delivery process for the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle we wanted was “stuck” in the logistics pipeline in Michigan. Dave worked magic & got the vehicle on a rail car & moved out to a transportation depot in Brookfield MA. While the vehicle was closer to the dealership, we could not take ownership until the vehicle was transported to the dealership. Due to commitments outside of New England, we are scheduled to leave the area in a few days, with no flexibility in our schedule to stay longer. Time was ticking…. Dave put more magic into the process & made a request for a special dealership pickup of the vehicle. Friday 8/18, we received a call from Dave that they had received authorization for the special pick up request. On the morning of Monday 8/21, a couple reps from Paul Masse retrieved the vehicle. We were at the dealership at 4PM that same day to take delivery. They brought the truck around to the front of the dealership. WOW, what a beautiful truck. Dave was giving my husband the tour of the truck. When they got to the bed, Dave popped open the tailgate. As Dave is explaining features of the bed area, my husband focused on the puck system. We pull a 5th wheel the majority of time so the puck system & hitch are key to our lives & a must-have for our truck. My husband says “the stamp for the puck system looks more narrow to me”. I ran back to our 2018 truck we are trading in to size up the puck system’s footprint. Yup, they’re different. As I make my way back, another Paul Masse employee (Brad Spencer, the Parts Manager) was brought into the discussion. Brad was on his way out of the dealership when Dave flagged him down to ask him a question about the puck system. Brad confirms that the puck systems are diff are talking about the fact that the puck system changed in 2020. Doh! We had not considered needing a new hitch. We assumed it was the same configuration. To complicate the situation Brad didn’t think any compatible hitches were available and were on back order. My husband turns to Dave and says “Dave, this is a deal breaker. We are scheduled to leave New England in 2 days and have to be able to take our RV with us.” Without hesitation Brad said “you can borrow my hitch. My only request is that you return it at some point.” How amazing. Brad, who we literally just met, offered his hitch to us until we could find a hitch. Instant hero! There are not many people left in our world that are so selfless and kind. All this is to convey that we had a phenomenal experience with the whole team at Paul Masse. I’m still blown away with Brad’s generosity and kindness and Dave’s relentless determination and commitment to get us the vehicle we wanted in the timeline we needed. #paulmasse #welldonepaulmasse #paulmassegreatservice More

Just purchased our first GM product since the 1970’s, not our first new car we have had Fords, Dodge and Ram. I went to Paul Masse Buick yesterday for the first time to lease a Buick Envision it was the best experience ever. David Begin and Dwayne were just wonderful very professional. Great and memorable delivery Tom Frat is a cool professional sales representative. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and we went over everything on our brand new be Tom Frat is a cool professional sales representative. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and we went over everything on our brand new beautiful Buick Encore, and then I went into the finance office and met with Wayne King who handled all of the "paper work with me". I say "Paper" work because they don't actually have you sign using paper. It's all on this amazing touch screen which takes up the entire desk. Everything is crystal clear and enlarged so you can see all of the fine print if you care to read it. He just flips the screen so I could sign and then he flips it so he could witness with his signatures. When we were all done, I saw him wiping down all of the surfaces for Covid, which was so well done and very professional. Then he wiped down this little case with a visor in it so I could see what looked like one of my wife's crystal perfume bottles. But it was a stick which contained all of my paperwork. I couldn't believe it! Real crystal, with a neat Paul Masse logo etched with a laser in the center of the crystal. Imagine that! When I was home later that day I plugged it into my PC...and it lit up! It was really cool. I opened my file of paperwork and there it all was, my signatures and everything. I always hated those cumbersome rolls of paperwork after buying a car. Not at Paul Masse's. This is just one little touch, but it says a lot. It says that the customer experience is everything to them. I love this place! More

This is our second lease with Dave and, once again, it was a great experience. He always works extremely hard finding the right vehicle for our needs. Dave also takes the necessary time needed during delivery of the vehicle to clearly explain all the vehicle's features. We have, and will in the future, definitely recommend Dave and Paul Masse GMC to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. We know we will seek Dave again when it is time for our next car purchase. We worked with Justin for financing. He was also very friendly and professional during the finance portion of the lease---as well as efficient. This process moved along without any delay. All paperwork was in order and ready to be signed. It was great!. Everything was explained well and questions answered easily. Our second lease with him-Feb. 2016, we also met/dealt with Justin McElroy. Our appreciation to both gentlemen for their outstanding customer service can not be stressed enough. We feel as though their efforts of going above and beyond for us and making sure our needs have always been met are extremely impressive. Being treated as a 'friend' rather than just another 'customer', makes the experience of getting a new vehicle quick and painless, making the process very easy. I always HIGHLY recommend this dealership and both gentleman to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle.
