Tried to see the parts department for a battery plenty of parking spots open but was told I couldn’t park there. They were for the high end cars. I needed to park as far away as possible to the parts departm parking spots open but was told I couldn’t park there. They were for the high end cars. I needed to park as far away as possible to the parts department. I said I would go to another dealership for the parts and was told we don’t need your business anyway. My 162$ was spent elsewhere. Never going back. More

Very bad experience, indeed ! 4 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and lamp replacement. Ridiculous. Cherry on the cake - $144 fee for an AC diagnostics.
