Non-aggressive, knowledgeable staff. They were very interested in taking their time with me, exploring all options. They were excellent on follow up and follow through. It was one of the easiest car interested in taking their time with me, exploring all options. They were excellent on follow up and follow through. From the welcoming greeting through the professionalism shown and understanding what type of vehicle i would be most interested in, Rich Shiro has earned my highest rating. This Dealership went through a great deal of effort to locate the Tundra truck I was interested in. I just purchased a 2009 RAV4 from Bobby Pucher. The entire experience was great. I was trading in two cars and consolidating to purchase a new Toyota. I would highly recommend that you seek him out if you plan to purchase a new or used Toyota from DCH Toyota!! If you want a memorable, stress-free experience.... Bobby Pucher is your man!!! Ask for him! There are many negative sterotypes of car sales persons, but Bobby Pucher shatters that sterotype. Overall others at DCH also made for a very pleasant transaction. I had purchased a 2005 Prius from DCH and I am happy that I returned for this sale! More
