Darryl patiently took the time to help me test drive the best vehicle for my lifestyle and preferences. He didn't make me feel rushed or pressured even though the dealership was busy. He was able to match exactly what my needs were, budget and was extremely knowledgeable to answer my questions. Sam made took extra time to go over warranties and financial terms. Becky took the time to research and ask if I needed options for insurance which ended up saving me a lot from my current provider. I've had 4 cars in my life time , but this was the by far best experience from an honest team that really wants you to enjoy your buying experience and make sure that you are educated about your purchase. Purchase of CPO 2015 Q50 Due to traffic, I arrived later than my scheduled appointment time and Damir, who I had spoken with on the phone prior to my visit, was with another c Due to traffic, I arrived later than my scheduled appointment time and Damir, who I had spoken with on the phone prior to my visit, was with another customer. He still came out to greet me and set me up with Darryl, his floor partner. Darryl was extremely pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Since I was trading in my old vehicle, he got the appraisal process started before our test drive which saved time upon returning to the dealership. I had arrived late afternoon, so by the time all of the paperwork had been prepared and reviewed with me, it was well after closing time. But both Darryl and Goran took their time in making sure that I was satisfied and never made me feel rushed. It couldn't have been a better car buying experience and I will definitely return when it's time for my next purchase. More
