Felt they lied to me & took advantage of me. Did not correct the problem after 3 TIMES having to take it into their dealership for SAME issue!! Would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. I went to Bill Ray Nissan for a check engine light check. I go there regularly for my maintenance and the service is always a 10/10. My advisor Robert is the greatest. He was so efficient and kind. Service staff were very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that I left thinking everything was good but had to come back for a previously undiagnosed issue.
