I was initially pleased with the service and quality of the vehicle but post-sale developments have soured my experience. I was not advised until taking delivery of the vehicle that only one key would be p the vehicle but post-sale developments have soured my experience. I was not advised until taking delivery of the vehicle that only one key would be provided and that an additional one would have to be ordered by me at the cost of several hundred dollars. Additionally my vehicle has a keyless entry key pad. I requested the code and was assured at delivery and at least one more time by text that it would be provided. After asking 3 times I was advised "We don't have it. Because a key was never provided. We aren't able to get it." A vehicle in this price at this price range should surely include two working keys and access to the keyless entry already equipped. If the dealer is not going to provide these items then the customer should be advised before the vehicle is sold and delivered to the customer. These are reasonable expectations. More

The dealership does provide great service with Mr. Tolliver, however I feel that I was not afforded exception finance or giving information and the return policy of the vehicle I purchase. I am 6'5" Tolliver, however I feel that I was not afforded exception finance or giving information and the return policy of the vehicle I purchase. I am 6'5" and size 14 shoes. The gas pedal and brake pedal because of the space under the dash did not allow smooth transferring of going from the gas to the break pedal. I expedient's three plus near accident in try in to stop the car at lights and on the high way (very dangers). I called back and took the car to see if I could move up to the Expedition that does have the spacing for my feet less than one week with 406 miles. I was not given the chance to return the car purchase the Expedition. I was not informed at the tine of purchase on the grace time. I was not happy that I was offered only 45 K when 7 day ago I paid over 63K for the car. Especially since I was looking to purchase a larger vehicle. I had been a loyal Ford customer since 1999. My wife has a Maverick on order, but is now thinking of not purchasing the truck. I felt more could and should have been done. More

I had a GREAT experience with Darrick. I didn't know if it would happen for me, based upon my situation. However, Darrick found something that worked for me. I love my new SUV, and so does I didn't know if it would happen for me, based upon my situation. However, Darrick found something that worked for me. Darrick did a great job overseeing the purchase of my new Mustang Mach e. Because of COVID supply chain disruptions, it took a long time from order to delivery. While in transit, there was minor damage to th Mustang Mach e. Because of COVID supply chain disruptions, it took a long time from order to delivery. While in transit, there was minor damage to the front bumper. Darrick provided me a loner car while Koons Collision Center perfectly repaired the damage. I'd recommend Darrick to anyone considering buying a Ford or Lincoln. More
