The initial estimate was 2 days for repairs, but it took 10. Part of this was due to diligent staff spotting damage not seen in the initial estimate, and part was due to poor communications, mostly by AAA i 10. The main confusion resulted from the third party adjuster, who told me she accepted the Nissan estimate and later issued a lower one to AAA. The final result was a complete repair, perfectly executed, and a safer car returned to us. Thanks Darren! More

There are some good workers at this location but the atmosphere and customer service it’s not good. I actually had to take my car back to be looked at again after I paid the fee for a diagnosis. Even no atmosphere and customer service it’s not good. I actually had to take my car back to be looked at again after I paid the fee for a diagnosis. Even now, I still feel everything wasn’t checked properly. I use this location because it’s convenient for me. I just think the associates need to be a little more friendly and act like they’re happy to be at work. More
