JR was very unprofessional. Yelled at us and walked out of his office because we were asking too many questions that we did not understand. He exploded in the showroom in front of many customers. I didn’t realize that customers were expected to stay silent and not ask questions about a process that they only do about every few years. We didn’t finance through the dealership so we were trying to understand the process. Sales Manager insulted us by saying we were combative since we walked in the door. We walked away from the deal.
