Our sales associate, Mr. Warren Purvis, went above and beyond of what was expected of him to find us a vehicle. He was able to locate a GLE with the exact specifications that we ordered and had it shipped to New Orleans in only 5 days. During the entire process, Warren stayed in touch with us and gave us detailed updates. The management team is also top notch. Mr. Danny Van always remembers my name when I arrive on the showroom floor and provides help with any of my needs. Even though he isn't specifically assigned to the service department, he always makes sure that all of our service needs are met. More

I noticed he remembered a customer who was with another salesman next to us and they were shocked to know he remembered them, their names as well as their daughters name and the car she purchased from him at a different dealership. I had continued communication with Mr. Steven after my purchase and he was nothing but helpful. He answered my texts before and after hours, even during a flood while his own wife's car was in danger. I cannot say enough about the standard he set and how much of a pleasure it was to work with him.
