He was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patience with my questions. When there wasn’t what I was looking for on the lot, I had decided to purchase a different brand of car from a different dealership. It was Daniels effort in locating my new car in 5 Star’s off-site storage that brought me back to Ford. She’s a beauty with more features than I originally requested. Financing was easy as it could be. The whole process was fast, took less than an hour! I appreciate Daniels effort and help to make this happen!! I’ve named her Sue...Run Around Sue! More

Best car buying experience ever I highly recommend 5 Star Ford!! I just moved from Ohio & my credit wasn't great. I WAS a Chevy customer for over 40 years but the Chevy dealers in Oh I highly recommend 5 Star Ford!! I just moved from Ohio & my credit wasn't great. Great service as soon as we stepped out of our car. Everything we wanted was delivered. Never felt pressured to buy anything. Danny went above and beyond what we expected. We tried but we were just tired and wanted to get home. We just did it the Old fashioned way of following the road signs. This F-150 was for my son, so I had different needs in a vehicle than before. Danny listened to me, understood what I was looking for this time, and found the perfect vehicle for me. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision, and a lot of money is exchanged. Therefore, I am extremely cautious in the process and I expect a lot from my Salesman and dealership. Danny once again distinguished himself above the competition and made it happen. Danny knows the vehicle, listened to me, understood what I wanted, and made the deal happen. Where other dealers pressured us to pick from inventory on the lot, he listened to what we wanted and placed an order for the exact car we wanted. The salesman and other staff helped us to set up our phones when the new car arrived, and they offer a class on the Sync system every Saturday for people new to the system, which was very informative. More
