From the minute I walked into the service department, I was treated like a very valuable customer. Mr Hess let me know what was wrong with my car, explained in easy to understand detail what needed to be was treated like a very valuable customer. Offered to get a part driven over from Ft Myers early, but I don’t end up needing to. Gave me a loaner car had to stay overnight. Can’t over state how they made me feel as if I had just bought the most expensive car on the lot, when I was there for just minor repairs. More
