First Mercedes John Jenkins was a great fit for our first Mercedes purchase experience...pleasant, no pressure, and listened to our needs and concerns. We live in St Augustine so had other dealer options, glad we chose Daytona. The C300 is performing well, it’s the multimedia infotainment system that is causing a new learning curve for us. John and Danita have both reached out to us and we appreciate that. We think Mercedes USA should do a better job with the users manual and how to videos, there are multiple overlapping instructions for all the C Class models. The manual is floppy to the point you cannot hold it properly and every feature is prefaced with lengthy warnings and common sense safety tips. We look forward to learning more about and enjoying our first Mercedes. More
