All new Chevy Traverse I waited 13 years to get my new car for the first time. I'm happy with the decision I made because they worked well with me & it's best to work with p I waited 13 years to get my new car for the first time. I'm happy with the decision I made because they worked well with me & it's best to work with people in your hometown. Very friendly & Officiant. I read a lot of reviews that weren't good but against all the odds I went. And had the pleasure of being treated fair & equal not being judged or taken advantage of. People are entitled to their opinions. I how ever had a great experience.I'm thrilled with my New 2019 Chevy Traverse. I know that they will take care great of me & my family! More

The entire staff was more than friendly and I never felt that frustration you get in a dealership because everyone is bothering you. Danielle got me started and couldn't have done a better job helping me make an informed choice. She also saw to it that the car I wanted from Lansing was delivered to Bradley promptly when I arrived at the dealership. Joe was super nice and helpful. He kept me informed while the finance department worked out the numbers. I had to leave and come back and never felt trapped. After the numbers were hammered out, Wayne presented the extended warranty plans to me and was very informative and while I took them, I never felt annoyed because he pushed too hard. He helped me understand everything that was presented and I made an informed decision to purchase the coverage without feeling over over pressured He also didn't give me a lot if grief when I declined the GAP insurance because my insurance company offers it. He just told me to make sure I'm fully covered for the whole loan by them before I finalize everything which I appreciate. After i wad done Joe made sure i had no questions before i left and walked me out to my new Impala. I also forgot to pull my old plates off of my trade and he personally went out and got them for me. Great guy! Glad to work with him and everyone to get my first brand new car. Also thanks to the GM Mike for working with Danielle to get my car down there. I've had some bad experiences with Phillip's years back but you guys have renewed my faith in Phillips Chevrolet! More

Some parts were 5 stars, but not enough. Service team, you get 5 stars. Thanks for looking out and not leaving me with a dud, well if you actually did do anything as I'm not entirely convince Service team, you get 5 stars. Thanks for looking out and not leaving me with a dud, well if you actually did do anything as I'm not entirely convinced that the car wasn't actually sold despite my deposit, and it is a little odd that a car that was sitting on the lot for two months didn't receive service before. Sales team? Some were great(Jessica and Danielle I think, though I believe one is responsible for financing. ) Ryleigh gets 1 star. A star that imploded into a black hole, as that embodies their multifaceted level of suck. I was to come in last Saturday to buy a car, had a deposit down and everything. Got an email from a listing site that the car had been listed as sold. I was a little confused, so I gave them a call. It turns out that there was an issue with the car and they were uncertain they could sell it. (Nice to take down the listing but not inform the person who's supposed to buy it first) I was proactive and conveniently found the same exact car with the same features I wanted in their inventory, and asked them to work out financing on it in case the original car was unsellable. Few days later, they confirm the car is a goner and I yet again request financing information on the other car. Days later? I get a call, "Just wanted to let you know it would be an extra $1,500 down, but we just sold the vehicle 25 minutes ago." I'm sorry, Ryleigh, what kind of full blown Olympic gold-tier tomfoolery is that? You were so out of the loop you still thought I was coming in Friday, not Saturday as I stated multiple times, to buy the car that you couldn't sell. They had five days to work out financing or at bare minimum, tell me if someone was already interested in the vehicle. Can't the person who put down a deposit and got shafted out of the car they were about to pick up, get a bit of priority or transparency, especially when they expressed concerns over the longevity of their current vehicle? Of course not. I would of still been able to come in that Saturday and buy the car. They couldn't wait one day to sell the car? No, doesn't end there. On my Birthday, I get an email from her that expresses how the dealership is thinking of me on my Birthday and to come in for a free car wash. Why thank you, I'll gladly drive 140 miles to wash the two cars I didn't buy from you. I got to tell two potential buyers for my car that they're out of luck because I'm out of luck, and as predicted my car is starting to overheat so I'm looking at up to $600 repair when, yet again, I was supposed to be in a different car by now that wouldn't make me die little by little every time I went to the gas pump. I highly recommend trying to buy a car from here around your birthday; there is a certain "profane" activity often associated with one's birthday, and you'll certainly get that from here. More

Kenny Ballard was my main salesman throughout and he knew his stuff. I came in with a specific car in mind and he focused on selling me that car. Robin Beckner was also very helpful along the way and Barth made the finishing paperwork a breeze. Also thanks to Danielle and Jessica in the Internet department for being so quick and informative with their emails before I stopped in. The whole experience was great and I was comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re looking to buy a car. Thanks for the new Civic! More

My dad and I were shopping for a certified pre-owned Hyundai and after many nightmare visits to other dealers, we found exactly what we were looking for at Phillips. The hunt started like I'm sure most modern car sales do now, online. Danielle and Ryleigh were incredible at streamlining the process over the phone because of the 100 mile trek we had to make to get there. We checked and checked again with these patient ladies to make sure that we weren't going to be surprised when we arrived to make the purchase. When we arrived Kenny helped get us through the paperwork. He's a newer salesman, but has the potential to be a great salesman. He went above and beyond when it came to preparing the car for us! Jackie helped work out the tiny kinks and tough questions we had and she did it with poise! I don't think my dad and I have had more fun signing financial paperwork than we did with Barth. I have no complaint, I just wish that Phillips was closer to my home. If teleportation was an option, they would be our one stop shop. I'm just hoping that I can find the kind of service we found at Phillips, in my hometown. More
