Normally manly Honda is stellar in every aspect of its service. This time when I brought in a flat tire in the middle of the tread a finish nail which I located for them they were not able to fix the tire service. This time when I brought in a flat tire in the middle of the tread a finish nail which I located for them they were not able to fix the tire effectively. I had to bring the car back in the afternoon because the air pressure dropped by half. I ended up spending the money to replace the tire. Also they did not put on the lock safe lug nut until I asked him three different times. Also they did not put away the jack properly. Again this is uncharacteristic of manly. All of the services have been wonderful. It would probably be important for management to know to maintain its current reputation. Timothy Christenson. 707-260-5920.
