Dealer service met my expectations At my first time at the dealership, I was met by one of the sales representatives as I walked in and after listening to me and what am looking for and At my first time at the dealership, I was met by one of the sales representatives as I walked in and after listening to me and what am looking for and he could at couple of options that met my request and then went and checked the car and went on a drive test after which I made my decision and discussed the financial part. I do recommend the dealership and their excellent team. More

Their best employee is their Shuttle Driver! I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The salesperson had no idea what he was doing. Every time I have an issue no one gets back to me. Wh I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The salesperson had no idea what he was doing. Every time I have an issue no one gets back to me. When I take my vehicle in no one calls me to tell me it is done. No one tells me what they did to the car, or gives me any paperwork. If they do explain anything, it's like they are trying to figure out what will make you go away, not what will help you to understand what happened. One of the employees is quite 'handsy'. The car is basically a lemon, it has a terrible transmission, which I guess I'll be fixing for the next 5 years. The only positive was the time the Shuttle Driver helped me get my car when they failed to arrange it, which is not even his responsibility! More

Excellent service from start to finish My husband was in the market to buy another car to replace his existing Dodge Charger. We decided to return to Southbank and check out their inventory. From the moment we walked into the sales centre, we were warmly greeted by sales rep Tyler Campbell. He made the experience of test driving, negotiating, and ultimately buying our new car... fun! What a car buying experience ultimately should be! The following day, my husband and I discussed the need to also replace our other car - a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we asked Tyler to help us out. Again, we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and professionalism from both Tyler Campbell and the finance manager, Clayton Chenier. Thank you Southbank for making buying two cars a pleasure!! More
