Not the easiest buying experience… wouldn’t let me drive out of parking lot… never had that happen before… Then I had to call for 3 days multiple times a day trying to purchase my new pilot elite, still nev out of parking lot… never had that happen before… Then I had to call for 3 days multiple times a day trying to purchase my new pilot elite, still never returned a call. I had to show up at the dealer wait 40 min… before being helped even though i was there 2 times before for approx hour each time…. NOW I AM SITTING WAITING FOR CERAMIC COATING SERVICE….. SOMETHING THAT WAS SET UP IN ADVANCE AND I WAS TOLD JUST COME UP…..WE WILL GET RENTAL… SO EASY!!! The reality of it is it took 2 hours out of my morning to drop a car off…. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! More

Rich kept in contact after I test drove the car, and helped me purchase this car mostly over the phone and email since I the sales process very easy. Their stellar service was shown on the day I needed to pick up the car. I had to attend church at 4 pm for a memorial and experienced a long delay on my trip.
