In spite of a mechanical issue which was neither Brendon nor Gladstone’s fault, we had a fabulous experience. Actually, with the mechanical problem, we were grateful for only Brendon’s handling of it but also the efforts, support and professionalism of Daniel, Rudy and a couple of other sympathetic sales folk.
