Best car buying experience ever! Alex was great.... answered all of my questions, educated me about what would be my first Mercedes....( I never thought I’d own a Mercedes!).... the whole transaction w answered all of my questions, educated me about what would be my first Mercedes....( I never thought I’d own a Mercedes!).... the whole transaction went smoothly. Everyone was very professional (but warm and inviting at the same time). Dan in finance was great and John Womack , the concierge, was so helpful with helping us learn all the features in our new car (why don’t all car dealerships Do this?). More

We worked primarily with Alex, who was extremely patient with us while waiting for ou I am very impressed with the teamwork at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. We worked primarily with Alex, who was extremely patient with us while waiting for our car to be released from the port due to COVID delays, as well as very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle. On a few occasions, we had questions at a time that Alex was not immediately available and his colleagues stepped right in and answered our questions--especially John Womack! So not only is Alex Ward a fabulous representation of the company, but his colleagues also added to the seamless care we received. More

He has very good industry knowledge and excellent MB product knowledge which has greatly benefited us during the selection process. Like most people we have personal preferences and some special needs; Dan provided guidance to help us get what we want and need. It is often difficult in business to fairly represent both the company you work for and its’ customers, but Dan excels in doing both! But after being disappointed in ride and com DAN KEENAN made our purchase an excellent experience. I honestly had no intention of buying a MB GLC300. But after being disappointed in ride and comfort of the new Alfa Romeo, disliking the overly-techie Volvo XC60, and Range Rover & Audi Q5 prices being ridiculous, my husband convinced me to visit MB of Cary. I saw the color combo that appealed to me, Dan brought it to the front, I sat in the driver seat, and that was that. Didn't even need to drive it to be sold. Sporty exterior (LOVE the grill) and doesn't look like a mom-mobile. The ride is smooth, drives tight in sport mode, and the cabin is incredibly comfortable. Dan spent lots of time with us explaining the features (which he knows very well) and never pushed us in any way. It was a conversation, not a script, and I liked that. Sam and Becca in the Parts & Service Dept. were great as well and gave me good tips about free carwashes, the wheel & tire package, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAN KEENAN AND MB OF CARY. More
