I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and standard inspection on February 13th, also requesting a review of a previously addressed wiper issue. Although the service was expedient, upon retrie standard inspection on February 13th, also requesting a review of a previously addressed wiper issue. Although the service was expedient, upon retrieval of my truck, I was informed that the wiper concern had not been examined, and I would need to schedule another visit. Additionally, despite being assured that all was well post-inspection, I noted that my tires were significantly worn—a condition I had anticipated and subsequently addressed by purchasing new tires shortly after. However, this oversight in the inspection process was disappointing. Following my service experience, I received a call on February 14th inquiring about my satisfaction. I shared my concerns, and the representative, who was exceptionally courteous, proposed scheduling another appointment to rectify the issues. Regrettably, when I called to confirm this appointment on February 21st for the next day, there was no record of it. Moreover, I was taken aback to learn of a potential $200 diagnostic fee to investigate the wiper malfunction—a detail previously unmentioned. This series of events has left me with mixed feelings about the service quality and communication efficiency. More

I was very pleased with my visit and service. I was especially impressed with Zoe, she was continuously checking to make sure that I was taken care of. I was able to meet the owner and he explained the changes that have been made since he purchased the dealership. I was impressed with the improvements. Even though I had to come back 4 times due to issues with my Chevrolet Equinox, I was always treated with care and attention. I was also given a gas fill-up to help cover some of the cost of the extra trips from Columbiana. I wholeheartedly recommend others to visit McSweeney when buying their next vehicle. More
