Daniel Gaglian I really enjoyed my experience at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac! I visited on three occasions trying to understand the best model for me. Daniel Gagliano was terrific! He knew every feature on every model. He was very patient with me and my multiple questions. After the sale, Daniel has followed up with me and offered to go thru the vehicle's features again. I would highly recommend that my friends work with Daniel! John Mazzurco (Sales Manager) was also great! He was also patient with my questions regarding leasing and purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the different options available to me. Then John Gallegos (Finance Manager) was excellent at explaining all of the paperwork and getting me out the door. He was very professional and patient as well. The people at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac are top notch! By the way, my Cadillac Escalade ESV is fantastic! More

Its rare that you get the best price the very first time, but that is what I experienced with Daniel. I know this because after my initial conversation I went to 2 other dealerships......and NO ONE could beat his price. I literally got the least expensive FULLY CERTIFIED Cadillac ATS in the entire US, nothing on Autotrader was even close! As great as my experience was buying my car.....even more impressive was how attentive Daniel was after the sale! After the sale, I had a few questions, Daniel always answered me within an hour. He even drove my old car that I traded in to my residence so i could get some final things that i left. Fantastic experience, highly recommend Daniel Gagliano! Lance More

Worst experience ever By far worst buying car experience ever! Bunch of lying and dishonest people. Especially stay away from Daniel Gagliano and Zvi Plornik. They are the worst! ________________________________________ First we brought our SRX for the scheduled oil change; and the very same day we received a phone call that somebody wrecked the car while in the garage! They said not to worry. We'll make it up for you. We will take you out of your current lease (5 more months) and sell you a new car. Sounds great, right? But wait... When we signed all paperwork and was already literally in the car ready to leave somebody called to mr. Gagliano and he told us that the car should be signed off by some manager who is not in today(!) But again not to worry! We can keep the loaner for one more night and he'll personally bring the new car to our house. Red carpet service Next day no call, no car... when we called Mr. Gagliano informed us that somebody didn't read the odometer right (!), so this car has less millage what they thought originally when we made a deal, so we have to pay additional $1,500 to get this car otherwise we can go and screw ourselfs. That what Bayview Csdillac mean by 'make up for you' deal for ruining or car. By far the worst car shopping experience EVER. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apparently this review works. Mr. Gagliano texted me right away asking to remove this review because it is hurting his salesman's reputation. After I told him that I won't remove this review and asked him why he has a problem with the truth he started insulting me. Very sad. Awful, unprofessional service and humiliating experience. More

Awesomeness!!! I went to the dealership unsure what the outcome would be because of a low credit score and a fairly recent repo. From the door I was greeted by Danie I went to the dealership unsure what the outcome would be because of a low credit score and a fairly recent repo. From the door I was greeted by Daniel and the experience only got better from there, from the test drive to even helping me pair my phone and showing me all the features of the car. These guys worked diligently for hours and finally got me approved for my dream car that others said I couldn't have.
