First visit to the dealership and the vehicle for sale wasn’t there (out for warranty repair). I asked for someone to call me when it was back. Didn’t hear from anyone. I called the dealership back 4-5 wasn’t there (out for warranty repair). I asked for someone to call me when it was back. Didn’t hear from anyone. I called the dealership back 4-5 days later and was told the vehicle was there. I came to visit, test drove, and made a deal contingent on mechanic review. After mechanic review, the sales staff implied that I had a mechanic make up fake repairs to reduce price. Additionally, final sales tally included approx $300 in fees that were not included in our agreed upon offer (I agreed upon X + “dealer fees to cover title transfer and government fees. Final tally included dealer fees and then additional government fees that I thought were included in the “dealer fees.”) I ultimately bought the vehicle, but I was most bothered by being accused of dishonesty with my mechanic review. Bad form. They could have jus said they would not further discount the vehicle…fine… but to outright tell me that they thought the repairs needed could just be made up really turned me off. For those reasons, I’d only give them 3 of 5 stars. More

The salesman greeted me when I walked through the door and listened to what I was looking for. When the car I was looking for was unavailable he and his manager proceeded to build the car with me. The financial rates are so low I decided to take advantage of the zero percent financing and that was also done smoothly. A very nice experience overall.
