Staff was polite and friendly and my vehicle was ready ahead of the time they quoted. It was quite refreshing to see the dealership give a free oil change & return my vehicle to me much cleaner than I bou ahead of the time they quoted. It was quite refreshing to see the dealership give a free oil change & return my vehicle to me much cleaner than I bought it in. Makes the experience much nicer than other dealerships I have been with. Will look forward to future experiences with Gary Rome. More

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered my a ride back if needed, but I had already prepared transportation. They called the let me know my car was completed in the given time. Bought a car from them. They have first oil change free. Show up for my appointment, and I was told. The tire rotation that I was told would happen, they were not going to. They have first oil change free. Show up for my appointment, and I was told. The tire rotation that I was told would happen, they were not going to. Sales rep had to get that corrected. Next they overfilled my oil.. needed 4.8 quarts, they put in 8! They also told me they could not reset the oil maintenance light, had to do it with my own tool. Also emailed the GM about my experience and he has yet to even acknowledge my email. More

I have been very happy with the service I have received at Gary Rome Kia. Everything has been done very well on both our cars. The staff is courteous, professional, and attentive. 4.5 STARS****+ They were very helpful. They made the process of buying a car easy. I already knew which car I wanted before I came there. I would have given 5 stars, but had I not had a specific car in process of buying a car easy. I already knew which car I wanted before I came there. I would have given 5 stars, but had I not had a specific car in mind before coming, the Inventory in the lot on the side st NEXT to the dealership would have confused me. It wasn't marked off well as being this dealerships Inventory. In the end however, I would shop w/them again. Our salesperson. D'Angelo was friendly, efficient, and great to work with. More
