Had my 1st oil change. Very friendly and professional. Took an hour just as I was told. Maybe focus on the words used and not on the quantity thereof? Maybe I don't want to write a book on how I feel about an oil change? Or should I be expected to put my feelings into a few chapters of my next book titled, "Crap companies come up with to make themselves feel better about overpriced good and services."?
