This has to be the easiest, most relaxed and rewarding experience my wife and I have ever had in purchasing a car. They asked a few questions and showed us a couple different vehicles that was in our pri experience my wife and I have ever had in purchasing a car. These three fellows, Dan Waldron (Sales), Octavio Hernandez (Sales Manager) and Chris Wagner (Finance) were great to deal with during our purchase of the 2013 C-Max. This was not a high pressure even Hernandez (Sales Manager) and Chris Wagner (Finance) were great to deal with during our purchase of the 2013 C-Max. This was not a high pressure event, all three listened to what we had to say and what we were looking for... Not pushing what they wanted to move. Although in previous years we have done our Ford business with a different dealership, we felt Skyline Ford would be more able to handle any service needs the new technology the C-Max may require. Stopped in to look at some used Mustangs. After talking with Daniel we took a ride in a Focus ST and was totally floored by the car!! The next day I was in my own!!! I went to Skyline Ford to purchase an new car. Then....I saw my dream vehicle. It's what I've wanted for years. It was older but the condition was great. We had researched cars on Cars.com and were ready to compare them by test driving. Dan was able to locate exactly what we wanted to test drive (ruby red Focus hatchback) within a few minutes and have it compare them by test driving. Dan was able to locate exactly what we wanted to test drive (ruby red Focus hatchback) within a few minutes and have it delivered immediately. Dan's relaxed demeanor allowed us to focus (no pun intended) on the test drive and ask questions about the car. After the test, Dan continued to answer questions about the car and prices. This was quite different from our last car purchase (not at Skyline) and the gotta-buy-it-now-or-else-you-will-miss-out pressure we experienced. We actually enjoyed buying a car this time! More

Normally shopping for a car can seem like getting a root canal at the dentist. My experience at Skyline couldn't have been further from that. My salesman, Dan Waldron, had been working with me for months canal at the dentist. My experience at Skyline couldn't have been further from that. My salesman, Dan Waldron, had been working with me for months to find me the perfect truck in my price range. I was happy to buy my brand new 2013 F-150 thursday night. Dan made the process as painless as possible and putting in the effort to track down and place me in the truck of my dreams. Most salesman can come across as way to pushy, I was very pleased that Dan came across and genuine and truly wanting to help me find the right truck for me instead of some hidden quota. I will be recommending Skyline to everyone I hear is looking for a new car. More

I can't say enough good about our Salesman Dan Waldron on this purchase. As an unabashed "hater of all Salesmen" type, I found the whole process unbelievably pleasant. Dan shares a similar sarcastic sense of this purchase. As an unabashed "hater of all Salesmen" type, I found the whole process unbelievably pleasant. Dan shares a similar sarcastic sense of humor as I, so that made things a lot of fun thru the process. Being an engineer by trade I had tons of questions for Dan. I e-mailed him the next day with paragraph after paragraph of obscure questions about various specification and feature questions. He answered every one of my questions, and on many this required a fair bit of research on his part. He also let us take two different test drives (over two evenings) just so my wife and I to be sure our decision on our purchase: Our 1st ever new car or truck purchase as we have always purchased newer used rigs in the past. After we decided to buy, he diligently looked for a vehicle that met our needs and desires out of a dwindling supply of 2012 models, so we could take advantage of the good rebates currently available: We found a truck that met all of our needs except it did come with these really dorky cab roof lights ($55) and do we really need the $85 snowplow option?! The process of settling on a price was also as stress free as it could have been for a cheap-skate like myself contemplating a high dollar purchase: A bit of back and forth thru the day on e-mail and we were ready to go last night with very little to do but "sign on the dotted line". Perhaps I've been wrong all these years about salesmen....Nah....Working with Dan and the whole staff at Skyline was just a really great experience! More
