They have the friendliest and efficient people. I needed a new remote key for my car and they were able to find one for the year of my car . they were able to program it the next day. I was my first time at John Paul' and I was greeted I was my first time at John Paul' and I was greeted promptly. After verifying I was there for a recall on my Vibe and an Oil Change I was informed t I was my first time at John Paul' and I was greeted promptly. After verifying I was there for a recall on my Vibe and an Oil Change I was informed the service would be approximately 2 hrs. I opted to remain on site while they served my car and I was directed to the waiting room which was very comfortable. After a time I was informed of other problems that I might would like to have taken care of while they were servicing my car. Everyone there were very nice. I would recommend others to have there car serviced here at John Paul's. Thanks you John Paul's Buick GMC for a pleasant experience having my car serviced. More
