Inc. for 10 years in the 1980's and Environmental Manager for Sunoco, Inc. for the next 20 years, taught me the importance of Health, Environment & Safety (HES). I ordered a new modeled 2013 Lincoln MKZ in the Fall of 2012. Due to cricumstances out Carman's the production of the vehicle was delayed. Beginnng withe the professional service set by Larry Giacchino, the team led by Andrew Krueck ,who was very helpful in assisting me with my selection from engine type to color and options. False deadlines were not made and final delivery was made a pleasure with the service provided by Sales consultant Dan Shine. His knowledge of this new vehicle was very impressive and helpful. Business manger Dan Miller was very pleasant and knowledgable in handling the final paperwork. No one on the Carman team made me feel any type of pressure to add upgrades or additional features. I would highly recommend Carman Ford Lincoln to anyone who is considereing purchasing a vehicle. More

My husband and I had a great experience at Carman Ford. Al was our salesperson an was very friendly and made us feel like family. Our experience at Carman Ford-Lincoln was exceptional. This had a lot to do with the staff that was involved in the purchase from start to finish. I had gone to another local dealer and the sales person This had a lot to do with the staff that was involved in the purchase from start to finish. I had gone to another local dealer and the sales person was extremely pushy. I felt like I couldn't get out of there quick enough. My experience at Carman was completely opposite. I worked with Dan Shine and he was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about all details of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He took great measures to make sure he showed me all the features and benefits about the car. But, what stood out most was his listening skills. Dan remembered so much about information I shared throughout the shopping process. This stood out to me and my three adult children who also came to look at the car at different times. Dan was patient, pleasant and created such a positive impression that I would highly recommend him and this dealership as a result of my overall experience. Jeff met me as I pulled in. Extremely friendly and courteous, he asked me what he could help me with and then stopped to listen to me. I had done my homework. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I w courteous, he asked me what he could help me with and then stopped to listen to me. I had done my homework. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I was willing to pay. Jeff immediately started to search for my car. As the search began, Jeff also knew it might be a tough find. I wanted the Ford Focus SEL with all of the bells and whistles including fill navigation and winter package. It also had to be metallic gray. Jeff listed several scenarios, not alternatives, but scenarios for how he would get me my car. My husband and I had been waiting a week and a half already from another dealer that promised they could deliver and instead of getting me the car I wanted, we were given some really bad stories to try to explain to us why they didn't get me the car they were promising. It never occurred to Carman Ford that they couldn't get me my car and in fact because of their awesome inter-dealer relationships and negotiating power --they have a large stock with which to trade and deal, I received my car the very next day! It is perfect! Another local dealer, right down the road, couldn't even come close on the price. The time I spent at Carman was comfortable and I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Everyone who sees you says hello, shakes your hand and introduces themself. I am a nurse. I work for the leading healthcare provider in DE and service excellence is what is expected of me every day. It was wonderful to feel all of that from the receiving end. The purchase process was seamless and quick. Time was carefully taken where it mattered most, teaching me about my new car. I drove away confident and could not have asked for more courtesy, knowledge, patience, and understanding. One more thing I have to note, there was no pressure to buy, no pressure for extended warranties, joining clubs or purchasing options. There was information about these things readily available and I chose to ask about the protective glass coating that guarantees my paint for seven years and simonizing for the interior. I chose to purchase this -- very little cost for the protection. In summary, this has been my best auto dealership experience --tops my BMW purchase in 2002. P.S. I have owned Ford vehicles -- three trucks to be exact. My Ford trucks have pulled my horses across thirteen states to compete in professional rodeo as well as hauling me off to the polo field for years.. My mistake was a Chevy Pickup during the you pay what we pay era. The Silverado is crap! Jeff and Carman Ford can expect us back for an F250 in the near future. Thank you Jeff and Carman Ford! More
