I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment. I had no problem turning my car in. Dan came and did the paperwork. He he told me that it would would probably take all day or the next day to com I had no problem turning my car in. Dan came and did the paperwork. He agreed and said that he would call me to let me know if the car needed to stay overnight. Well he didn’t call me, so I called him around five pm. He started that he didn’t call me because he had already told me that I knew that it would be staying over night. I told him that he stated that it would probably have to stay overnight. Then he was surprised that the Toyota shuttle didn’t take me home. I had to take Lyft home. Needless to say I was very frustrated. The following day the Toyota shuttle picked me up and I got my car. Went in to have three parts replaced which should have taken about 30 to 45 minutes. Instead it took 3 hours. What is up with that? They quoted me a price and ended up adding tax and other things to the quote. And to boot, I stopped over for sandwich and was charged $6 for a turkey sandwich. That is highway robbery. I will not be returning to this dealership who has screwed me more ways than one, and I surely will not refer it to any family or friends. More

Always have to wait at least 3-5 hours, regardless what my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service technicians aren't checking everything under the hood anymore to let me know if there's any my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service technicians aren't checking everything under the hood anymore to let me know if there's any other services my car will be needing. I relied on that service to keep my car running well. Service (and prices) used to be a LOT better a few years ago but have been getting worse every year. Am starting to look around for another auto service place to start taking my car. More
