I have always received excellent service from DARCARS Lexus of Englewood. I have been a customer there for many years. This is just a recent example. When I came in today to make an appointment with a loaner car for next week, I wanted a specific day and time, which is difficult because of the high demand. When it looked like it just couldn't happen, most receptionists would simply apologize that they are unable to accommodate my request. However, Alexandrea in reception got right on the phone and did her magic. She really went out of her way to help me out and got me exactly what I wanted. That's great customer support! More

Never a hassle when you get your car serviced at DARCARS Lexus of Englewood. Exceptional customer service! Yoselyn and Alejandra at the front desk are extremely helpful.
