Thrown out Have purchased 6 vehicles in last 2 yrs my recent purchase is a 2016 Jaguar XJ almost immediately I've had issues with screen and satellite service wh Have purchased 6 vehicles in last 2 yrs my recent purchase is a 2016 Jaguar XJ almost immediately I've had issues with screen and satellite service when I brought car back was given a loaner they had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks the general manager Brian del nigro told me jaguar was working on a fix for this problem it should be ready by October 26 2016 I brought car back on October 20 2016 was having another issue with the air conditioner when I spoke to Brian del nigro the discussion became heated and I used some choice words because I was pretty much disgusted at this point Brian wants to scold me for cussing and pointing my finger towards him so at that point he throws me out of dealership and tells me to never come back this was done in front of his service manager I think his name is Jason he then gave me my keys to my car and told me to get out great customer service don't you think?my car was never looked at when they sold me the car Dan Collins and Vinnie Ciulla never told me of the existing problem that jaguar was having with the satellite or the screen at that point everyone is your friend but then a problem occurs and all of a sudden your the bad guy l guess it's profits over people Brian del nigro is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life and I'm 59 yrs old I would never recommend this dealership to anyone thread real careful if your thinking of doing business here they are wolves in sheeps clothing especially Brian del Nigro they will sell you a vehicle and not tell you if there are any issues Why is that allowed ? It then becomes your problem so be real careful cause if your not and you complain Brian del Nigro will come out of his office and throw you out BE WARNED!!!!!!! More

The finance manger and every person in Land Rover made it the very best experience while shopping for a vechile as we all know can be stressful. Customer Service at it's best To keep it short this was the best service I have had at a car dealership in YEARS!!!! My wife and I pulled up in our beloved 2016 Nissan Versa. I w To keep it short this was the best service I have had at a car dealership in YEARS!!!! My wife and I pulled up in our beloved 2016 Nissan Versa. I wasn't sure how we would be treated not pulling up in high end auto but Jay, made us feel welcome within seconds. Jay treat us like we pulled up a Bentley, the Jaguar we were looking at online was sold the night before. Jay asked a few questions and within minutes he had another car in mind. After the test drive my wife and I loved the car and agreed to go through with the deal. During the sale our bank and the dealership couldn't agree on the value of the 2015 CPO we were looking at so, we had to leave the dealership without the car. A little disappointed, we drove the 30 minutes back home feeling good about the service but, we still didn't have the car. The next day Jay called and said he had good news, Dan had found a 2016 CPO with a lot of bells and whistles that he thought we may like. Within two hours, we had negotiated deal over the phone and we were in the dealership signing the papers in Dans office. Jay and Dan didn't give up and worked hard for my business and I am very happy that they did. I am happy to be a part of the Fort Myers Jaguar family, More

A very easy smooth transaction. We saw a vehicle on the dealer website that we liked, responded to the website and received a call quickly. Via email, we received an approximate trade in value of our vehicle, subject to physical inspection and a proposal based on that plus the new vehicle price. We agreed over the phone, took our car for the trade value verification and left with a new vehicle within 2 hours. We have 2 Jaguar dealers closer to our house, but this experience was worth the extra distance. Our product specialist, Simon Wade was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly through the whole process, a great combination. Dan Collins, the manager was instrumental in obtaining our business by offering a fair trade in value and new vehicle price. We would highly recommend that anyone interested in a Jaguar or Range Rover contact either Simon Wade or Dan Collins. More
