Straight Forward Service I worked with Dan Cassin. He treated my wife and I with respect and listened to what we said we wanted. Ordered and Purchased 2017 Subaru Forester I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I curr I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I currently have a 2000 Forester and 2002 Legacy. This dealership has kept them running like new! My favorite Service Advisor is Brett Tossie, who has helped me since 1994. We ordered a new Forester to be built with the options we desired. I worked with Dan Cassin to get the car ordered. He was excellent and kept me up to date on the status of delivery. Dan and Chris Giordano finalized the details when the car arrived. I will continue to use Groove for service on the three Subaru's I now own. Great team!! More
