He found the one we wanted and had it delivered to us within 3 days. "Mac" was very thorough in the explanations of the various features and helped us with "hands on" demonstrations. Terry Moore was very knowledgeable about financing and warranty and guided us to the best deal and financial arrangements. Much appreciated. Dan Bray was very thorough about getting all appropriate discounts and rebates. We appreciate his help very much. More

I couldn't be more pleased with the Crown experience. I plan to recommend Crown to whoever admires my awesome new Grand Cherokee Limited. The salesman was knowledgeable about features and values. He knew I was concerned about price and that I had already made a list of what options I wanted. He worked hard to find the lowest cost combination of options; for example, he steered me away from a couple of packages which would have raised the MSRP because our discussion revealed that I really didn't need them for what I planned to do with the vehicle. Yes, he wanted to sell me a Jeep. But he was truly listening to my needs and did his best to meet them. Then, when the Jeep was delivered and payment arrangements completed, the salesman spent an hour or so carefully explaining and demonstrating the features that were new to me. (This is the third straight GCL I have owned. I held the first two Jeeps for 8 years each; obviously, I like the GCL.) He was a good "feature teacher", carefully assessing whether I was really understanding and going back over an item whenever he needed to. He was truly listening to me, not just listening to himself complete the list. The others I worked with at Crown needed less time from me; but they, too, exhibited a sincere interest in meeting my particular needs. They made me want to come back to Crown the next time I buy a car. Crown got my business because they worked hard for it, and because they helped refine my choices to meet my particular need. More

Overall I was very happy with my new purchase. I am happy with the deal and very happy with Lewis Ash! He was super and a great employee. Very friendly and nice! I shopped two other dealerships in the Columbus area and Crown Dublin Jeep was the only option for me. Alex Moden did an incredible job and worked with me for several hours on a Friday afternoon. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. When I was ready to purcahse Alex and Dan sat down with me, and put together an incredible deal. These two gentlemen did what the other dealerships just COULD NOT DO. Went to Crown to look at a 200 Touring that I seen on their website.We walked in the show room and was greeted by Dan Bray the manager who asked if he could help us.I told him that we would like to look their website.We walked in the show room and was greeted by Dan Bray the manager who asked if he could help us.I told him that we would like to look at a 200 that was on their website he asked which one and I gave him the stock number.He took us right to the car and gave us a few minutes to look it over then asked if we had any questions.At no time was there any high pressure tactics or attempts to change our minds to a higher priced car.We took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it.After the test drive we ask Dan to run the numbers for us we because we needed to stay pretty close to our current payment because we are on a budget.The numbers came back a little higher than we could afford but Dan worked with us and got the price to a place we were comfortable with.Dan passed us on to Austin to do the paperwork which was quick and painless.Austin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.This was the best experience my wife and I have every had buying A car.We both highly recommend Crown. More
