Everett McSavaney did the work to get me in a vehicle I love! To begin if I could give this dealership 0 stars I would and in particular sales manager Dan Bray. I’ll begin by saying their customer service representatives that answer phone calls were great, but everyt and in particular sales manager Dan Bray. I’ll begin by saying their customer service representatives that answer phone calls were great, but everything is downhill from there. I found a 2017 Jeep Wrangler online and called to inquire about it as I was very interested. They had just acquired the vehicle and it had not even gone through service but given it was exactly what I was looking for I decided to make an offer. The salesman Roger Moore took my offers to the manager and we didn’t come to an agreement. I called the next morning and spoke directly to sales manager Dan Bray Raising my offer to 99% of the asking price and he accepted the offer. He asked me when I could pick it up and I explained that Roger knew I was a buyer from St. Louis and he said they could complete everything over the phone and they deliver vehicles within 300 miles. I told Dan I already had financing in place so what was the next step. He quickly started back pedaling telling me BS stories about how they’ve shipped vehicles out of the country and been screwed. I responded by telling him my financing was from a well known lender and verification would be easy. He told me let me check a few things and I’ll call you back. I waited a couple of hours and decided obviously he wanted the ability to make extra profit by setting up my financing. So I sent an email directly to him stating that I was motivated to get this deal done and I wanted to secure the vehicle so they could provide me with financing and we would figure out delivery and that if I needed to come to dealership I would. I wanted to make sure the vehicle was mine so I asked what I need to do to secure the vehicle. He said the vehicle Is yours I’m sending you an credit application via email fill it out and then will complete the paperwork and he would call me. I quickly completed the application submitting it at 9:45 AM and began making arrangements to travel the following day to pick up the vehicle. I didn’t get a call back and finally decided to call the dealership leaving phone messages and an email message for Dan Bray. Finally about 3pm after numerous phone calls he answered and he said I was just getting ready to call you and that we just sold that vehicle...What??? You sold it again I was thinking. Needless to say I was beyond shocked. After wasting a solid day of negotiating, phone calls, and emails to be treated like this was unbelievable to me. So to make a couple hundred extra dollars this dealership completely screwed over a customer which should tell you all you need to know. They claim on their website they make the buying process seamless and easy and everything can be done over the phone, but it’s just the opposite they don’t want to do any leg work and could care less about a customer and all about the profit. Oh did I not forget Dan didn’t even explain anything further nor apologize for my inconvenience. I truly hope Dwayne Haskins, the owner of the Crown chain of dealerships reads this message and realizes this dealership has really put a cloud over his reputatioN and he should be disgusted to hear this is how a flexible, motivated, pre-approved buyer was treated! More

Worst Dealer I had a terrible experience with this dealership & would never recommend them to anyone. I had a good offer from another Jeep dealer on New Cherokee 2 I had a terrible experience with this dealership & would never recommend them to anyone. I had a good offer from another Jeep dealer on New Cherokee 2019 & since Crown was closer to my home I dropped in to check on the similar rates & offers. The Sales manager informed me the vehicle that I was looking for ( was not available, he offered me to choose a vehicle from his inventory. But since as I was specific about engine & color, he told me that he could do a dealer trade & would be able to buy the same vehicle from another dealer in couple of days & agreed to provide me price match as well. To begin with his vehicle search at other dealers, he asked me for a deposit of 500, which I agreed & put down the same day. And after that day, it was begin of nightmare for me. I was constantly following up on my vehicle but hardly received any positive response from them. On the 3rd day, I dropped in at their place to look at their inventory & buy a car which is rather available with them. To my surprise they had the same vehicle available & I was told that it just arrived new in their stock. I was amazed that why I was not informed of this earlier itself!! I asked them that I would like to buy the vehicle as it was same which I was looking for & I asked for final numbers. This time their another SM dropped in with a new price quote which was 3k higher than the price that they earlier locked me for. This was a complete shock for me & the Sales manager was giving very vague reason like - this is a different VIN, he even told me that earlier sales person confirmed the price but he cannot give the car at promised price. He told me that he did not price promise & another guy did. I felt like I am talking to some 6th class kid who i complaining that he did not do this mistake rather than another kid. This was really annoying. The worst thing for me was that the car I earlier was also sold out by then. This was a complete mess situation for me - loosing deal at previous dealer, trusting the Crown Sales Manager, wasting couple to days. So, long story short - DO NOT TRUST on the Sales Manager of Crown, as they may offer you some deal & make you guys hanging with them & can easily return & say you SORRY. Travel few miles rather dealing with them. Worst dealer & complete non-trustworthy-unprofessional sales manager. I would like to rate negative rather that 1 star. More

They helped show me the options that swayed me into leasing over buying a 4 year old vehicle. They showed me how it was more beneficial for me to have a vehicle that is under warranty and have more options for similar payments. Terry in finance was wonderful as well. He did not hesitate to answer any question that I had and was expedient enough that I didnt feel like I was in there forever. Great overall experience and I love my new cherokee. More
