Damon was my sales guy and he was great. He was understanding of my budget and tried to send me different cars in my budget. I ended up getting the car I really wanted, the rav4. I asked the finance department to not deposit my check for 2 days to ensure funds made it to my account from a transfer, but they tried to deposit the very next day and the check bounced. That was irritating and I had to go to a bank for a cashiers check. Had they listened and just listened to me and waited one day, the funds would have been there. More

My contact person wasn't even there, I was handed off to someone who left me sitting there. I can't even believe I bought the car because I was so dissatisfied with the service including the finance person someone who left me sitting there.
