My name is Damon Clark, and I am the Service Director at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia. I have worked in the automotive industry since 1991. I have been working at Crown since September of 2008. I have lived in Ohio since birth. I have been Chrysler Certified for eleven years and Kia Certified for one year. I enjoy working in the auto industry because of the interaction with people and all the new knowledge that is gained.

We purchased a new car from this dealer a couple of years ago, but I don't remember the salesman's name. However, he wasn't pushy and he made sure we got exactly what we needed for a great price. Normally the process of buying a new car is stressful, but they made it really easy. Since we've had the car we haven't had any problems, but we do visit the service department on a regular basis for oil changes. They have a great deal where you can buy multiple oil changes at a great discounted price and we never have a problem getting in and out quickly. The service manager is super nice and there is never a doubt that the workmanship is less that awesome. I would absolutely recommend this dealer if buying a new car. And I would absolutely recommend the service department regardless of what kind of car you have. These guys are pros! More

I have been a long time customer at this dealership. Everyone on the team has a focus to give the best service with a smile that they can. Sounds trite and a lot of companies promise, but not deliver. These guys do. More

They really go out of their way to make u happy had a problem an they took care of right away gave ride home an offed to pick up next day and bring back they really care !! My vehicle broke down close to crown. I ran over something in the road and the tire went flat. I drive a Toyota. I was unsure what to do. I walked to Crown where I was greeted in the parking l something in the road and the tire went flat. I drive a Toyota. I was unsure what to do. I walked to Crown where I was greeted in the parking lot by Marc Wigler. He was extremely helpful in guiding me to the service department. Damon assisted me, going out of his way to getting the vehicle to the shop and repairing the tire. I was blown away by how nice the staff was. I was prepared to be turned away because it was a Toyota and I didn't buy it there. Damonmade me feel at ease. The whole process was rather simple. My next new vehicle will be from Crown thanks to Marc and Damon. More

My family and I am a long time Dodge owner. I have been to many of the Columbus dealers for service. My primary dealer recently closed down. My vehicle broke down and was towed into Crown. I was welcome to many of the Columbus dealers for service. My primary dealer recently closed down. My vehicle broke down and was towed into Crown. I was welcomed by Damon and given a brief overview of Crown and all the positive things they had to offer. Being in an unfamiliar environment it was quite refreshing. TY then took over with my repair needs. My car was repaired that day and even cleaned when I picked it up. This dealer was light years ahead of any other repair shop I have been to. I never knew it could be so different. Crown has earned my business from here on out. More
