My name is Damon Clark, and I am the Service Director at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia. I have worked in the automotive industry since 1991. I have been working at Crown since September of 2008. I have lived in Ohio since birth. I have been Chrysler Certified for eleven years and Kia Certified for one year. I enjoy working in the auto industry because of the interaction with people and all the new knowledge that is gained.

Josh Ward was great! He kept me updated for months while waiting for my parts to come in. Very knowledgeable! Ty Ramsey has always been very responsive and helpful when we have had issues with our Jeep, even for the little things. I called after work because my battery evidently didn't have enough giddy-up to s when we have had issues with our Jeep, even for the little things. Came in to Crown knowing exactly what I wanted and Darius Skinner immediately helped make that happen! Very pleased with Crown Jeep. Took my Jeep in for service. Easy to schedule an appointment by phone. Upon arrival, met by Service Technician, Ty Ramsey. He asked about my service and went over all p service. Easy to schedule an appointment by phone. Upon arrival, met by Service Technician, Ty Ramsey. He asked about my service and went over all plans to take care of my Jeep. The waiting room was very good, considering limitations due to Covid-19 protections. Service was completed in a timely manner and Ty came to let me know my Jeep was ready. He explained that the vehicle checks were completed and everything looked great. While I was paying for the service, he took my Jeep and washed it. Got it back looking better than when I brought it in. Would definitely recommend Crown Jeep!!! More

Excellent Service Center and Leadership! I have had to visit this dealership several times in the past 2 years that I have owned my Jeep. Damon Clark and his service team ALWAYS take such great care of myself and my Jeep. They make sure that it is serviced promptly, correctly, and in a timely manner. They have always made sure that I have a ride to/from work, or a loaner vehicle if needed. I cannot recommend them enough!!! More
